no shortage on stupid

Apparently there is no shortage of stupid people anywhere. You can only go so far as to assume people are not stupid or dumb or dense or superficial and hope that they eventually prove you wrong, which is the only time ever that it almost feels good to be wrong. But then they say something or do something or react to something you said in such a way that they actually validate everything you thought about them in the first place. People always ending up disappointing you but this, this is just stupid.
