I just drank on whole bottle of Nestea Real Leaf Green Tea Honey Apple. (“Made from 100% whole tea leaves packed with Theanine!” I don’t know what that’s supposed to do but how bad could it be, right?) One whole liter of it. That’s actually four servings of green tea in one go. A total of 440 calories and 36% of my total recommended carbohydrate intake for the day.
Just a thought.
